MOSCOW, Mar 29 (PRIME) -- The Russian government can consider giving private companies access to shelf development before 2035 if there is such a need, Energy Minister Alexander Novak told channel Rossiya 24 in an interview broadcast on Wednesday.
“We are considering a possibility to discuss this issue of foreign investors involvement, including private investors (in shelf works), in the strategy (of Russia’s energy industry development) which is being discussed today. A decision has not been made by now and it can be considered in the period until 2035 if there is a need to attract such investors,” Novak said.
